Kubes-what are you training
I’m not sensitive to caffeine but I don’t like to go overboard to like 500-600mg a day to where my heart feels like it’s gonna thump outta my chest lol. On occasion will do a monster energy drink or two but I usually have my coffee with breakfast but usually need more caffeine after lunch.
Im gonna grab one to try after lunch today and see what’s it’s all about. Thanks my man!
Never tried shatter—sounds crazy. I’ll do a Optimum Nutrition pre or pure pump pre workout but I’ll check shatter out. Caffeine is a superb tool to use I think. Def underrated
