      Never done a log before. Not sure how this is going to go.


      Goal is to recomp

      Age 30
      Height 5'11"
      Current weight 263 bf unknown
      Goal 225 - 235 @ 10% bf

      I have run a few cycles in the past , trying mast prop for the first time.

      Cycle outline ( open to suggestions)

      12 weeks


      1cc Cut mix 50/50/50 eod
      1cc mast prop eod
      500mcg hgh frag 2x daily
      Metformin 500mgs 3 x daily
      Cialis 20mg daily
      Clen ramp up then cycle off 2 weeks to avoid saturation
      T3 ramp up ?? Need some advice on this one, never used it before

      Macros later

      Workouts later

      Anything else I need to log that i should include??

      Will have wife take before pics and measurements

      Im currently cruising on 250 test enanthate atm. Waiting on some goodies yet.

      Is there anything I should add/delete/modify here guys?

      Note: I work 12 hour swing shifts , thank god I have a key to a local gym. I am doing this log to hold myself accountable. As stated before this is a first so any help/support will be very appreciated.

      Way to many compounds/drugs!!!! Just my opinion but it seems like you're trying to take everything you've ever heard of that helps with fat loss so they'll do all the hard work for you. I'm honestly not trying to be mean and only trying to help you - if you're 5ft11 and 263lbs and trying to get down to 225lbs. @ 10% bf then that means you're pretty darn fat right now - and if you've done a couple cycles and are on TRT then that means you have no idea how to eat properly.

      I hope you will at least consider my suggestion And drop this entire cycle (except the metformin) you have planned, stay on TRT, learn how to eat PROPERLY and begin a propped workout/CARDIO program. You'll be MUCH better of and most importantly much healthier!!
      This game isn't for everyone, being big and bloated doesn't make you the man, nor does being 110lbs ripped. If you are not competing, find a happy medium. I was thin once, learned all there was to learn about steroids and got pretty big. Then learned how to eat and I got really huge.

      I might be aiming for too low a body weight, my goal is around 10%bf

      I gain muscle and fat pretty easily, condition at the moment is sans any cardio. My job keeps me running around for 12 hours mostly 6days a week.

      Based on your pics your bf% has got to be somewhere in the mid to high 30's. Using 30% (which is a conservative number) means you'd have to lose 52.6 lbs of FAT and get down to 210.4 lbs. I don't know how to say this gently - you REALLY screwed up and let yourself go and now it's time to spend the time AND effort to fix it the right way and that's not by doing what you have planned. Drop that ridiculous cycle above - start using the Metformin (I think the recommended dose is 800mg three times a day though but double check to be sure) and begin a solid workout AND cardio program and learn all you can about nutrition and eating properly and macro splits and everything else you need to know to change yourself for good and most importantly become healthier.

      the cut mix is like 50 tren 50 prop 50 mast yeh? you may as well ditch the masteron completely. it serves no purpose with regard to fat burning which is the primary goal here. Take all those expensive bottles of things and throw them in the garbage, I have planned many similar cycles where i have tried to combine as many fat burning/muscle building products for the ultimate cycle but at the end of the day does clen or t3 actually do anything noticeable? are those peptides actually doing anything? the fact that i can even ask those questions means that they dont do shit. try and find someone that says the same about tren. keep your test at 250mg week and run tren e at 800mg/week (you are pretty big so i am assuming you can handle it). you could pretty much eat whatever the fuck you want. but if you want to do it the proper way listen to bulk_cut. i prefer the "give me the drugs" approach. either way you will get there.
