I went with arms today instead of chest. Last minute decision... my arms are basically like noodles at this point and even holding my phone now, is an actual challenge... I felt so good today, despite the heat, that I wanted to capitalize trying out the new arm routine... needless to say, trying out Radman’s suggestion, I couldn’t even touch my regular weight.. which tells me this is a good thing.. that I need these different variations to work on full overall strength... not just single, repetitive movements.. the pump is alive and well and put 1/2” on the tape measure lol... I love measuring my pumps.. it kind of validates how much effort I put into my workout... there’s been days it doesn’t even budge when I was being lazy about my routine and shoulda just stayed home... 1/2” is pretty significant by my standards and I love how it looks ;0) now I just need to get there while I’m not pumped ;0) I did skip cardio today though. Simply did not feel like doing cardio in this heat... I got off too late to check out the other gym on the west side... hoping this week sometime... we shall see..
I feel like I’m struggling to eat now a days... which isn’t normal.. I’m typically a hungry hungry hippo 24/7... I may have to start up the eq again if this continues on...
