I need to add size overall but especially my lats, biceps, triceps, and shoulders IMPO.

BFR(first set only) OH triceps ext 3 sets failing at x16-18 superset with BFR(first set only) Cable Curls from front position 2 sets failing at x18-22.
I had some great pumps from this workout, post workout pic since I haven't updated it in a while is above.
Lot of volume I know it done some good

Yeah sometimes I go very high rep for extreme pumps and stretch after the exercise DoggCrapp style.

I still have not made my mind up. Once I get the cables and more plates w the Back Widow ; I am going to do a 3on,1off 6 day a week schedule and completely hit every single muscle group twice . The upper/lower cable-pulley system along with the 16 position Back Widow is going to allow me to do a lot of stuff I don’t normally do. The resistance and assistance bands came with foot and hand triangles. They already have been an asset. I used to look at them as a non bodybuilding item my whole life{I was very wrong!}. These go up and over 300lbs+ and are a great addition!! They are on Amazon: The Brand is ODOLAND
. My family member who bought my other Rogue set up bought his bands from Rogue and he tried mine out when he visited; he said the ones I had are waaaay better and came with a lot more stuff. They are cheap too but there are hundreds of types so you have to be careful: There are a bunch of expensive ones that are inferior, google automatically has all those {so-called} best reviews and they are all lies! They are just paid advertisement that look like Consumer Affair reviews. {these are the two that I bought}:
1. Odoland resistance bands, I got 2 packs and they have a {upgrade Strong Bands set} included that lets you combine all of them into different lbs; just like a machine stack. $40 for both w/everything. They even have loop bands included for mobilizing as well.
2. Odoland 5 Packs Pull Up Assist Bands, Pull Up Straps, Resistance Bands with Door Anchor and Handles, Stretch Mobility, and Powerlifting $44.99
Excited to get a nice blast going. We shall see what can be accomplished in basically a 10x10 room with no machines.

I have no doubt ypu will accomplish a lot with the equipment you have. Those bands and attachments sounds nice I'll have to check them out.

Went for 2.6 miles sprinting the hills, walking the down hills. Sprints ranged from a 100yards to around 1/4mile. The final leg I sprinted so hard I could feel my hips and hamstrings pulling me forward, like when you get sucked into the seat of a fast accelerating car. Blew myself up, it hurt so good.
