      Today's workout was cardio and abs. 3 rounds of jog 600m, hip mobility, pull ups, dips, hanging leg raises and twists. Finished with 100 jumping jacks and stretching.

      Thats nice when you don't have to go far to workout. The more convenient, the more likely I am to do it. Same with dieting, keep the healthy food easily accessible and the tasty foods out of sight.

      Next week I’m gonna start going on at 5:00am and do my cardio then go back at like 10:30 to do my workout John's Daily Log that way I’ll have time to do an hour of cardio then concentrate on my workout,I was doing that before my accident an it was working out good

      I have a few new speed ropes with different size wires{cut to fit}. That and jumping jacks reminded me how much harder it is To balance. Besides the little ankle pain if performed poorly . OmgJohn's Daily LogJohn's Daily LogJohn's Daily Log

      I've built up the jumping jacks over many months so it doesn't do much damage to my ankles, but man do my calves get an insane pump doing those sets of 100 jumping jacks. It kills 2 birds with one stone.
