Today's workout quads, back, and abs. Normal pump exercises for high reps and intense stretching between all sets. Adding more intensity to my workouts now that I'm back in the swing of things again.

Lmao at this point in life, I don’t bother to do disclaimers anymore. If they want to think of me in that fashion, then I guess it’s payback for all the JC Penny underwear models I mentally violated as a youngin lol

Passed out last night but calories burnt vs calories consumed was a break even.
Today's workout was calves, chest, biceps and triceps with 10min of running stairs for a cardio warmup. Had some great pumps.

Today's workout was back, quads, and biceps. Focused intensely on stretching and contracting on each rep until I was too pumped to do anymore reps. Stretched between all sets. My intensity is high enough again that parts of my workouts are in cardio heartrate zone according to my Fitbit.
