All pumped up ready to go do back, iron champ preworkout and monster, no deadlifts though my legs are still cashed from Monday, I can't wait to start this cycle so I'm not sore anymore!

Great back session the tbar was standing straight, more of a shrug, I alternate each session between the two

I did cross fit during my lunch break
Breakfast was a Shakeology, lunch was cheese on toast and a protein cookie.
