      The workout yesterday was work, 3 of built a 27' in 5.5hrs, shoveled and spread 4.5ton of sand, dug block papers, etc, I also did a few rounds of yoga and stretching throughout the whole day. Dinner was deer steak/liver and potatoes with night supps and 2g turkest extract with grapefruit juice.

      Todays workout was biceps and triceps

      Cable tricep pushdowns 2sets
      Cable Curls front double bi position 2 sets
      Bent over band tricep OH ext 1set

      Also built a pool today, shoveled 5ton of sand and spread it, etc.

      All supps and what not accounted for today, I'm passing out early tonight.

      Todays workout was just doing what all we had to do today. Moved 2 300lb pool walls a total of about 80 yards, drug around other water logged fabric bases so they can dry out, finished a pool we started but got rained out from, etc.

      I haven't been posting meals but my calorie intake has me flaoting around 210-212lbs. Ive been getting in 220-280g of protein from various sources each day. i let myself have things like sandwiches or pizza when customers are nice enough to buy/make us lunch which also helps get the calories in but isnt a regular thing. 4 pack is still visible so fat accumulation hasnt been anything drastic since weeks ago after my 3 day fast which was the most lean I've been in my adult life.

      Yesterday was an easier day, no workout at home just a few yoga/stretching sessions throughout the day. Got all my meals and supps in. I woke up feeling much better from having a recovery day yesterday.

      Pinned cruise dose of 75mg test subQ this morning, took 2g and 15mg Ostarine with grapefruit juice as well.

      Estrogen has finally crept up from the little higher than normal cruise dose of test I'm on(higher for me) so last night I took 10mg exemestane before bed.

      This mornings workout was cardio, legs, and weighted mobility/stretching for uppers body. Spending the rest of day meal prepping and doing some chores.
